1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of consciouscostarica.com and associated services (book, resources, Immersion Concierge, and the Allies network).

2. Nature of content

The book and resources are educational material. They do not constitute legal, tax, or real estate advice. For specific decisions, consult accredited professionals.

3. Concierge services

The Concierge is a support service. Fees are communicated before contracting and billed according to the chosen package. Cancellation policy is available in the booking confirmation.

4. Allies network and Virtus Realty disclosure

The Allies section groups independent professionals we use day-to-day (real estate, lawyers, surveyors, experts, accountants). Only Virtus Realty has a formal commercial relationship with us: Conscious Costa Rica may receive a referral commission when a real estate transaction closes through Virtus, at no additional cost to the client. With the rest of the allies there is no commission payment: we recommend them based on verified performance on previous projects. All commercial relationships are disclosed at all times.

5. Liability

We make our best effort to keep information up to date. Legislation changes; use our content as a starting point, not as the final word.
