• Concierge requests: Name, email, country, timing, composition, message
• Professional inquiries: Name, email, country, service type requested, message
• Analytics: Anonymous visitor behavior via Vercel Analytics and PostHog (pages visited, time spent, referral source)
• Cookies: Technical cookies for site functionality and analytics (non-identifying)

• Express consent: You explicitly agree to share your information when submitting forms
• Legitimate interest: We have a lawful interest in responding to your inquiries and providing the services you request

• Resend (email service): We use Resend to send transactional emails. Resend processes your email and message data according to their privacy policy
• Virtus Realty: When you request real estate services, we share relevant information with our partner
• Allies network professionals: When you request to connect with a specific professional, we share your inquiry with them
• Analytics providers: Vercel and PostHog receive anonymized usage data

We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

Under Costa Rica's Law 8968 and the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")

7. Data Retention

• Active subscribers: We retain data while your subscription is active
• Inactive subscribers: After unsubscribing, we delete personal data within 30 days
• Inquiry inquiries: Contact forms and professional requests are retained for 90 days, then anonymized
• Analytics: Anonymous analytics data is retained for 24 months

8. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption, secure servers, and limited employee access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your data may be processed and stored in the United States (via Resend, Vercel, and other services). By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside Costa Rica, which may have different data protection laws.
